Examples of Rollover Reserve Subaccount in a sentence

  • Borrower shall also pay to Lender for transfer into the Rollover Reserve Subaccount all Lease Termination Payments received by Borrower.

  • Borrower shall also pay to Lender for transfer into the Rollover Reserve Subaccount all payments received from tenants in connection with the early termination or cancellation of any Leases, including fees, penalties and commissions.

  • If Lender determines in its reasonable judgment that the funds in the Rollover Reserve Subaccount will be insufficient to pay (or in excess of) the amounts due or to become due for Approved Leasing Expenses, Lender may increase (or decrease) the monthly contribution required to be made by Borrower to the Rollover Reserve Subaccount.

  • Any funds in the Security Deposit Subaccount which Borrower is permitted to retain pursuant to the applicable provisions of any Lease which has expired or has been terminated, cancelled or surrendered shall be paid to Lender and transferred by Lender into the Rollover Reserve Subaccount, to be applied and disbursed in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.5 hereof.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained above, Lender shall have the right, but not the obligation, in its sole and absolute discretion, to allocate any funds that have been deposited into the Cash Collateral Subaccount as a result of a Cash Trap Period described in clause (ii) of the defined term "Cash Trap Period", into the Rollover Reserve Subaccount to be applied in accordance with the terms and conditions of SECTION 3.5 hereof.
