Rollover Interest Period definition

Rollover Interest Period means the Interest Period set forth with respect to each Rollover Borrowing on Schedule III hereto.
Rollover Interest Period means any Interest Period other than any Interest Period (i) applicable to the Loan arising as a result of the Borrowing on the initial Borrowing Date or (ii) applicable to any new Loan arising as a result of a Borrowing on a Subsequent Borrowing Date.
Rollover Interest Period. The Interest Period set forth with respect to each Rollover Loan on Schedule 1.1-C hereto.

Examples of Rollover Interest Period in a sentence

  • Each Rollover Interest Period shall commence on, and include, the Remittance Date following the last day of the immediately preceding Interest Period (or, if applicable, on an Early Interest Period Termination Date) and shall terminate on, and include, the day immediately prior to the next occurring Remittance Date.

  • All outstanding Pool A Loans allocated to one or more initial Interest Periods or Rollover Interest Periods maturing on the same date shall be combined and allocated to a single Rollover Interest Period at the end of such initial Interest Periods or Rollover Interest Periods.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, during each Rollover Interest Period for the applicable Rollover Borrowing, the Floating Rate and the Applicable Rate with respect to such Rollover Borrowing shall be as specified on Schedule 1.01(E) hereto.
