ROLLING FOUR QUARTER PERIOD definition

ROLLING FOUR QUARTER PERIOD means a period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of NAI, the last of which quarters ends after December 31, 1999.
ROLLING FOUR QUARTER PERIOD means, as of the last day of an Accounting Period or on any other day, the twelve-month period ending on such day.
