Roll-Off Containers definition

Roll-Off Containers means any metal receptacle with a capacity of more than eight (8) cubic yards, which is normally loaded onto a motor vehicle. Roll-off Containers utilized for services covered under this Agreement shall be owned by the CONTRACTOR.
