Unless otherwise provided on Contractor's invoice or other instructions that Contractor provides subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, payments shall be made to: ROK Industries, Inc.

The Bylaws of ROK as in effect immediately prior to the Effective Date of the Merger shall continue in full force and effect as the Bylaws of the Surviving Corporation until altered, amended or repealed as provided in the Bylaws or as provided by applicable law.
