Rocky Mountain Power or “RMP" and , a organized and existing under the laws of the State of , and qualified to do business in the State of Utah, hereinafter “ ,” (collectively, “the Parties”).   • However, in the event that the provisions of the Agreement are in conflict with the provisions of any Rocky Mountain Power Tariff, the Rocky Mountain Power Tariff shall control.

  • Rocky Mountain Power may inspect the Net Metering Facility and its component equipment, and the documents necessary to ensure compliance with the Rule.

  • Customer, using its Net Metering Facility, intends to offset part or all of its electrical requirements supplied by Rocky Mountain Power.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to affect any other agreement between Rocky Mountain Power and Customer or any other Interconnection Customer.

  • Customer-Generator, using its Net Metering Facility, intends to offset part or all of its electrical requirements supplied by Rocky Mountain Power.
