Rocky Mountain Power. “PacifiCorp Energy,” or any trade names, trademarks, service marks, corporate names or logos, or any derivative or combination thereof, that are confusingly similar thereto.

  • Rocky Mountain Power may inspect the Net Metering Facility and its component equipment, and the documents necessary to ensure compliance with the Rule.

  • Customer, using its Net Metering Facility, intends to offset part or all of its electrical requirements supplied by Rocky Mountain Power.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to affect any other agreement between Rocky Mountain Power and Customer or any other Interconnection Customer.

  • Customer-Generator, using its Net Metering Facility, intends to offset part or all of its electrical requirements supplied by Rocky Mountain Power.
