Roaming Agreement definition

Roaming Agreement means the Intercarrier Roamer Service Agreement ----------------- dated as of February 4, 1998 between Triton Operating Company and AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented in accordance with the terms thereof.
