Road-worthy definition

Road-worthy means that the vehicles and trailers are in good condition, without deferred maintenance and ready to be operated on public roads.
Road-worthy means that the vehicle complies with all of the requirements of the Highway Traffic Act and is licensed for operation on a Public Highway.
Road-worthy for this purpose means buses which conform to all safety requirements of the California Highway Patrol and other applicable regulatory agencies, and which are fully operable.
