Road Maintenance Agreement definition

Road Maintenance Agreement or “RMA” means an agreement among the BIA, the Pueblo and the County authorizing the County to perform Maintenance and such other transportation-related activities on the BIA Roads as may be agreed in writing among the parties to the RMA from time-to-time.
