Road Base definition

Road Base means that portion of road construction which is over-lain with a permanent impervious surface.
Road Base means the portion of Highway subsurface on which the traveling surface is placed.
Road Base means, for the purposes of Schedule 5 [OMR and End of Term], the portion of highway subsurface on which the travelling surface or wearing surface is placed.
