  • Unless otherwise directed by RISL, the supplier/ selected bidder shall continue to perform its obligations under the contract as far as reasonably practical.

  • In such event, termination will be without compensation to the supplier/ selected bidder, provided that such termination will not prejudice or affect any right of action or remedy that has accrued or will accrue thereafter to RISL.

  • If RISL terminates the contract in whole or in part, amount of PSD may be forfeited.

  • In case of failure to withhold the amount, it shall be recovered from his dues and performance security deposit available with RISL.

  • All title of the assets to be transferred to RISL or its nominated agencies pursuant to clause(s) above shall be transferred on the last day of the exit management period.
