Examples of Risk of Forfeiture in a sentence
Except as otherwise provided in the Plan or the applicable Award Agreement, at all times prior to lapse of any Risk of Forfeiture applicable to, or forfeiture of, an Award of Restricted Stock, the Participant shall have all of the rights of a shareholder of the Company, including the right to vote, and the right to receive any dividends with respect to, the Restricted Stock.
During the Restriction Period applicable to Restricted Stock, such shares shall be subject to limitations on transferability and a Risk of Forfeiture arising on the basis of such conditions related to the performance of services, Company performance or otherwise as the Administrator may determine and provide for in the applicable Award Agreement.
Any such Risk of Forfeiture may be waived or terminated, or the Restriction Period shortened, at any time by the Administrator on such basis as it deems appropriate.
