Rights Aircraft definition

Rights Aircraft shall have the meaning set forth in Letter Agreements 6-1162-AKP-075, 6-1162-AKP-089, 6-1162-AKP-100, 6-1162-AKP-110 and 6-1162-TRW-0664, as applicable or as may be subsequently amended.

Rights Aircraft means all or any aircraft of an Eligible Model which Customer may elect to purchase pursuant to the exercise of a Purchase Right. [*CTR*]

  • Operation of aircraft means business of transportation by air of passengers, mail, livestock or goods carried on by the owners or lessees or charterers of aircraft, including the sale of tickets for such transportation on behalf of other enterprises, the incidental lease of aircraft and any other activity directly connected with such transportation.

  • large aircraft means an aircraft, classified as an aeroplane with a maximum take-off mass of more than 5 700 kg, or a multi-engined helicopter;

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.
