Rigas Family means collectively John J. Rigas and members of his immediate family, any of their respective spouses, estates, lineal descendants, heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators, trusts for any of their benefit and charitable foundations to which shares of the Company's Capital Stock beneficially owned by any of the foregoing have been transferred.

Xxxxx, xny xx xxx Xxxxxxxxe Xxxxxx xx xxx of xxxx, xxx xx the respective estates or lineal descendants of any such person, any trust created for the benefit of any such persons (so long as one or more of the foregoing persons is the controlling trustee) and, while and to the extent they are serving in such capacity, the executors, administrators or personal representatives of such persons, and any corporation, partnership or other person owned or controlled directly or indirectly by one or more members of the Rigas Family.

  • Multi-Family means a single residential connection to the public water system’s distribution system from which two or more separate dwelling units are supplied water.

  • Family means with respect to an individual: (i) the individual; (ii) the individual’s spouse and former spouses; (iii) any other natural person who is related to the individual or the individual’s spouse within the second degree; and (iv) any other natural person who resides with such individual.
