  • Final Acceptance Date means the date on which Final Acceptance occurs.

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Functional Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 27 of this Part C.
