RFS Sensitizing Technical Agreement definition

RFS Sensitizing Technical Agreement means the agreement between Seller, on the one hand, and Purchaser or a Purchaser Assign, on the other hand, to be executed contemporaneously with the Closing on the terms and conditions reflected on Exhibit CC and with such other terms and conditions as are reasonably agreed between the Parties or required by applicable Law.
RFS Sensitizing Technical Agreement means the agreement between Seller, on the one hand, and Purchaser or a Purchaser Assign, on the other hand, to be executed contemporaneously with the Closing substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit CC.

  • Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.
