RFP Closing means the time set out on page 1 of this RFP by which Responses must be received.

RFP Closing means the date and time indicated on the RFP cover, or as otherwise amended by addenda, as the deadline for submitting a response.

• This Subsection 10.2.1 does not apply to any (i) promulgation, issuance, implementation, revision or amendment of rules and regulations except to the extent, and only to the extent, such promulgation, issuance, implementation, revision, or amendment results from a Law Change, or (ii) implementation of statutes or rules or regulations that are enacted, issued or promulgated on or before the RFP Closing Date, except for Law Changes as described above.
