RFB Group means RFB and each Subsidiary and Affiliate of RFB immediately after the Distribution Date and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary or an Affiliate of RFB (other than any member of the SpinCo Group) after the Distribution Date.

  • Except (i) as provided in the Tax Disaffiliation Agreement, if needed, or (ii) when a longer retention period is otherwise required by Law or agreed to in writing, the RFB Group and SpinCo shall retain in a reasonably retrievable format, for a period of at least six years, all Records relating to the business of RFB as of the Effective Time.
