Examples of RFAA in a sentence

• If unanimous consent is not obtained within thirty (30) days from such notice, or within the period required to timely file the RFAA, if shorter, any Party, including the TMP, may file a RFAA on its own behalf.

• If all other Parties agree with the requested adjustment, the TMP shall file the RFAA on behalf of the Tax Partnership.
