Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by a Financial Officer of the Borrower Representative, in substantially the form of Exhibit H or another form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
Revolving Loan Notes means with respect to any Borrower the promissory notes of such Borrower in favor of each Lender evidencing the Revolving Loans made to such Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.7(a), as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
Revolving Loan Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit 2.5-1, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Revolving Loan Lender means a Lender with a Revolving Credit Commitment or a Revolving Loan.
Revolving Loan Facility means the credit facility or portion thereof established by Lender in favor of Borrower for the purpose of providing working capital in the form of loans and/or Letters of Credit to finance the manufacture, production or purchase and subsequent export sale of Items pursuant to Loan Documents under which Credit Accommodations may be made and repaid on a continuous basis based solely on credit availability on the Export-Related Borrowing Base during the term of such credit facility
Foreign Borrowing Base means, as of any date, an amount equal to:
Aggregate Borrowing Base means as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (i) the sum of the SMP Borrowing Base and the SI Borrowing Base; less (ii) any Reserves except to the extent already deducted therefrom.

Revolving Loan Agreement means that certain Revolving Credit and Security Credit Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by and among Revolving Loan Agent, the Revolving Loan Lenders and the Loan Parties, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent not prohibited by the Intercreditor Agreement.
Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Revolving Loans as the same Type, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Swing Loan Note means the Swing Loan Note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit 1.1(N)(2) evidencing the Swing Loans, together with all amendments, extensions, renewals, replacements, refinancings or refundings thereof in whole or in part.
Borrowing Certificate means a Borrowing Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Revolving Facility Loans of the same Class.
Term Loan Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term Loan Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
U.S. Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan made to the U.S. Borrower by the U.S. Revolving Lenders.
Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).
Swingline Loan Note a promissory note in the form of Exhibit H-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Borrowing Base Report means a Borrowing Base Report for the Borrower signed by an Authorized Signatory of the Borrower and in substantially the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.
Revolving Loan Account has the meaning described in Section 2.1.9 (Revolving Loan Account).
Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.
