Revolving Loan Advance means any Revolving Loan funds advanced under this Agreement.
Revolving Loan Advance means the outstanding principal from a Bank which represents such Bank's ratable share of a Revolving Loan Borrowing.

More Definitions of Revolving Loan Advance
Revolving Loan Advance means an advance by a Revolving Lender to the Company as part of a Borrowing under the Revolving Facility and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance (each of which shall be a “Type” of Revolving Loan Advance).
