Revolving Facility First Lien Collateral Transition Date means the earlier of (a) the date on which all the Revolving Facility Obligations shall have been paid in full (other than indemnity payments not yet accrued under the Revolving Facility Documents) and all commitments to extend credit under the Credit Agreement shall have been terminated and (b) the date on which all Senior Liens on the Revolving Facility First Lien Collateral shall have been released from the Liens created under the Revolving Facility Documents.
