Revolving Credit Administrative Agent definition

Revolving Credit Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” (or term of like import) under and as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

Revolving Credit Administrative Agent has the meaning assigned to that term in the Preamble of this Agreement.
