All unpaid principal and accrued interest on all Revolving Borrowings will be due and payable on the Maturity Date, without notice or demand.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Borrower may borrow Revolving Borrowings and Term Loans and repay all or part of the Revolving Borrowings and Term Loans and borrow further Revolving Borrowings and Term Loans.
