Revolving A Note definition

Revolving A Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Revolving A Lender evidencing Revolving A Loans, made by such Revolving A Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.
Revolving A Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a).
Revolving A Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Bank, in substantially the form of the attached Exhibit D-1, evidencing indebtedness of the Borrower to such Bank resulting from Revolving A Advances owing to such Bank.

More Definitions of Revolving A Note

Revolving A Note is defined in Section 1.9 hereof.
Revolving A Note. A promissory note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit 1.1-3, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
