Revolver Collateral Agent definition

Revolver Collateral Agent means DB in its capacity as collateral agent for the Secured Creditors (as defined in the Revolving Credit Facility) under the Security Documents (as defined in the Revolving Credit Facility), and any successor agent in such capacity.
Revolver Collateral Agent shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Revolver Collateral Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as collateral agent under the Revolving Credit Agreement.
