Revised Term Sheet definition

Revised Term Sheet means the Revised Term Sheet to Resolve Objections to the Debtors' Chapter 11 Plan and for Treatment of Reclamation Claims entered into on May 3, 2004 and attached as Exhibit 13 to the Disclosure Statement.

  • Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.

  • Final Term Sheet means the term sheet prepared pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement and substantially in the form attached in Schedule III hereto;

  • Governance Term Sheet means the Governance Term Sheet attached as Exhibit F to the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Structural Term Sheet shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the February 13, 1995 letter (the "PSA Letter") of Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxx on behalf of the Public Securities Association (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available February 17, 1995). (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available May 20, 1994).   • Adjusted Term SOFR means, for purposes of any calculation, the rate per annum equal to (a) Term SOFR for such calculation plus (b) the Term SOFR Adjustment; provided that if Adjusted Term SOFR as so determined shall ever be less than the Floor, then Adjusted Term SOFR shall be deemed to be the Floor.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • Term Sheets means any ABS Term Sheets, Structural Term Sheets and/or Collateral Term Sheets.

  • Contract Term Adjustment means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection. To qualify for such adjustment, Purchaser shall give written notice of the lost time not later than 30 days after end of Normal Operating Season in which time was lost and at least 10 days before Termination Date. Contracting Officer shall make prompt written acknowledgment of such notice, indicating concurrence with the number of days in the notice or the number of days Forest Service considers as qualifying for the adjustment. Lost portions of days shall be disregarded in computing time lost. The three circumstances qualifying for a Contract Term Adjustment are:

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Basic Terms Modification means any proposal:

  • Summary Plan Description or "SPD" means the Flexible Benefits Plan SPD and all appendices incorporated into and made a part of the SPD that is adopted by the Employer and attached to this Plan Document as Attachment I, as amended from time to time. The SPD and appendices are incorporated hereto by reference.

  • Team Sheet means a form provided by the Competition on which the names of the Players taking part in a Competition match are listed.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.

  • Adjusted Term SOFR Rate means, for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Term SOFR Rate for such Interest Period, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”

  • Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply
