Revised Due Date definition

Revised Due Date shall have the meaning specified in Clause 5.4(e) of this Agreement.

  • Late charges shall not begin to accrue as to charges disputed in good faith until the first day after the Revised Due Date.

Related to Revised Due Date

  • Bid Due Date means Bid Submission end date and time given in the E-tender

  • Revised Rate With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan, the increased interest rate after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of a default) for such ARD Mortgage Loan, as calculated and as set forth in the related Loan Agreement.

  • Invoice Due Date means, with respect to a Quarterly Payment Cycle, the tenth (10th) day of the month immediately succeeding Energization or the month immediately succeeding the conclusion of a Quarterly Period contained within such Quarterly Payment Cycle, consistent with Section 3.4.
