Revised Drawings means building drawing/plans that have been submitted with changes to the original drawings/plans that have been approved.

  • Contract Drawings means those drawings specifically entitled as such and listed in the Specifications or in any Addendum, or any drawings furnished by the Commissioner, pertaining or supplemental thereto.

  • The DRAWINGS / MAPS means the drawing/map or drawings/maps mentioned in NIT and any modifications of them approved by the Employer or any further Working drawings/maps or sketches by the Employer or any further working drawings/maps or sketches which may be furnished or approved in writing by the Employer.

  • Extended Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(a).

  • First draw sample means a one−liter sample of tap water that has been standing in plumbing pipes at least 6 hours and is collected without flushing the tap.

  • Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment means the Lender’s obligation to make the Delayed Draw Term Loan to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a), as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Delayed Draw Term Loans has the meaning as set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Tranche B Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche B Commitments.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Outstandings means, collectively, at any date, the Letter of Credit Outstandings, Swing Line Outstandings and Revolving Credit Outstandings on such date.

  • Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Line Item means a field of information (or a combination of fields of information) to be entered in a Settlement Schedule by any Participating Subscriber in relation to a Conveyancing Transaction.

  • Extended Revolving Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(a).
