Revenue Vehicle(s) definition

Revenue Vehicle(s) or “Transit Vehicle(s)” refers to the transit buses used to operate the service, and provided to the CONTRACTOR by VCTC, as well as any transit buses that may be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement.
Revenue Vehicle(s) means the vehicles used by the Contractor to perform the Customer transportation services required under this Contract.
Revenue Vehicle(s) means all the locomotives, coaches, and cab cars operated in revenue service for the SunRail commuter rail service. All revenue vehicles shall be provided to the O&M Firm by the Department.
