Examples of Revenue Sharing Statement in a sentence

  • The CTU shall issue a Supplementary Revenue Sharing Statement in relation to any amount shown by the Reconciliation Statement to be due to the ISTS Licensee or any amount due to the CTU.

  • At the end of each month, the CTU shall issue a Revenue Sharing Statement to the ISTS Licensees for disbursements made against the First Bill, the Second Bill and the Deviation Bill raised during the month.

  • The CTU shall issue a bi-annual Revenue Sharing Statement to the concerned ISTS Licensee for disbursement made against the Third Bill.

  • Upon acknowledgement, the Revenue Sharing Statement shall be considered, as Bill raised by the concerned ISTS Licensee and paid by the CTU thereof.

  • The Revenue Sharing Statement shall also be sent through e-mails to the ISTS Licensees.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Closing Statement means the Closing Statement in the form on Annex A attached hereto.

  • Final Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(d).

  • Pre-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Payoff statement means a written statement furnished by the mortgage servicer which sets forth all of the following:

  • Estimated Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Payment Statement As defined in Section 6.01 hereof.

  • Filing Statement means this filing statement, together with all appendices attached hereto and including the summary hereof;

  • License Certificate means evidence of a license provided by Licensor to Licensee in electronic or printed form.

  • Monthly Statement The statement delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.06.

  • Cash Flow Statement means, with respect to any particular Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations, an Authority Certificate (a) setting forth, for the then current and each future Bond Year during which such Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations will be Outstanding, and taking into account (i) any such Bonds expected to be issued or redeemed or purchased for cancellation in each such Bond Year upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate, (for which purpose, if such Authority Certificate is delivered as of a date prior to a scheduled mandatory tender date for any Adjustable Rate Bonds, the Purchase Price of all such Adjustable Rate Bonds subject to mandatory tender on such tender date shall be assumed to be due and payable on such mandatory tender date), (ii) any such Auxiliary Obligations expected to be incurred upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate, (iii) the interest rate, purchase price, discount points and other terms of any Related Mortgage Loans, and (iv) the application, withdrawal or transfer of any moneys expected to be applied, withdrawn or transferred upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate:

  • Listing Statement means the listing statement of Purchaser pertaining to the Transaction and in the form prescribed by the CSE;

  • Royalty Report has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a).

  • Funds Flow Statement means a funds flow statement in agreed form.

  • Tax Statement means a statement in reasonable detail setting forth a comparison of the Taxes for a Tax Year with the Base Taxes.

  • Tax Package shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.

  • Earn-Out Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c).
