Revenue Sharing Agreements definition

Revenue Sharing Agreements means collectively the four separate agreements between NMPC, NYSEG, RG&E and CHGEC, on the one hand, and Buyer, on the other hand, in the respective forms of Exhibits E-1 through E-4 hereto.
