Revenue Share Amount definition

Revenue Share Amount means the amount as calculated below in Schedule B, subsection (c).
Revenue Share Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
Revenue Share Amount means the absolute amount computed by applying the Revenue Share Percentage to the Gross Revenue that shall be payable by the Concessionaire to DIAL in accordance with the terms of the Concession Agreement.

More Definitions of Revenue Share Amount

Revenue Share Amount has the meaning given in Schedule 5. Revenue Share Payment means the payment calculated under paragraph (b) of Schedule 5. Route means the uninterrupted with no scheduled stops service route shown on the map in Schedule 2 and any revisions to that route, approved by TfNSW in accordance with clause 6.3(b). For the avoidance of doubt, the Route does not allow or permit the scheduled stopping at any other wharf (or wharves) or berthing at such other wharf (or wharves). Safety Authority means each of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, the Office of Transport Safety Investigations, the Australian Transport Safety Bureau, the NSW Coroner, TfNSW, SafeWork NSW, the Port Authority of New South Wales (including the Harbour Master and Vessel Traffic Services) and any other relevant authority under the Law applicable to the Ferry Services and Relevant Legislation and any persons appointed by those entities authorised to exercised powers under the Law applicable to the Ferry Services or Relevant Legislation or otherwise. Self-Assesses means self-assesses using a methodology that is satisfactory to TfNSW, acting reasonably. Service Levels means the level of services to be operated and provided the Ferry Services including:
Revenue Share Amount means an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of Collected Revenue for the Billing Arrangements existing as of the date hereof, and fifteen (15%) of the Collected Revenue for any future Billing Arrangement entered into after the date hereof that reflects substantially similar terms to the Billing Arrangements entered into as of the date hereof.
Revenue Share Amount means the dollar amount due to Supplier that is equal to Revenue multiplied by the applicable percentage set forth on Schedule 1.10, but only to the extent such amount exceeds the Provisional Transfer Cost paid to Supplier by Cardinal Health.

  • Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission. No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Cash Amount means an amount of cash per Partnership Unit equal to the value of one share of Common Stock as determined under the applicable Exchange Rights Agreement on the Valuation Date of the Common Stock Amount.

  • Fully Adjusted Regular Purchase Share Limit means, with respect to any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction from and after the date of this Agreement, the Regular Purchase Share Limit (as defined in Section 2(a) hereof) in effect on the applicable date of determination, after giving effect to the full proportionate adjustment thereto made pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof for or in respect of such reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction.
