Revenue Payment definition

Revenue Payment means a payment in discharge of revenue expenditure and is, therefore, a payment other than a capital payment or an extraordinary payment;

Revenue Payment means an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) (i) the number of customers of the Business on the Closing Date determined by reference to the Revenue Statement multiplied by (ii) the average annual revenue per customer of the Business for the System, exclusive of Revenues from the sale or leasing of equipment by Comp-Est, determined by reference to the Revenue Statement and (b) 1.66.
