Revenue Growth Rate definition

Revenue Growth Rate means a percentage equal to (i) the Company’s aggregate revenue for a Measurement Period divided by (ii) the Company’s aggregate revenue for the Comparative Period .
Revenue Growth Rate for a given year will equal the percentage equivalent of the quotient determined by dividing (A) total Revenues for such year minus total Revenues for the immediately prior year by (B) total Revenues for such immediately prior year. For this purpose, the Revenue Growth Rate for 2004 is determined by subtracting 2003 Revenues from 2004 Revenues and dividing such amount by 2003 Revenues; the Revenue Growth Rate for 2005 is determined by subtracting 2004 Revenues from 2005 Revenues and dividing such amount by 2004 Revenues; and the Revenue Growth Rate for 2006 is determined by subtracting 2005 Revenues from 2006 Revenues and dividing such amount by 2005 Revenues. For purposes of this Agreement, the Average Revenue Growth Rate will be rounded up or down, as the case may be, to the nearest one-tenth of one percent.
Revenue Growth Rate the amount (expressed as a percentage) of (a) (i) the Borrower’s consolidated total revenues determined in accordance with GAAP for any trailing 4 fiscal quarter period (the “Test Period”) minus (ii) the Borrower’s consolidated total revenues determined in accordance with GAAP for the same trailing 4 fiscal quarter period of the immediately preceding year divided by (b) the Borrower’s consolidated total revenues determined in accordance with GAAP for the same trailing 4 fiscal quarter period of the immediately preceding year (the “Prior Period”); provided that if the Borrower has consummated a Permitted Acquisition, other merger or acquisition permitted hereunder, or any disposition of any business, including any division or line of business, or assets permitted hereunder (each, a “Specified Transaction”) during the Test Period, the Borrower’s consolidated total revenues for the Prior Period shall be recalculated, adjusted and determined on a pro forma basis as if such transaction occurred on the first day of the Prior Period.

Revenue Growth Rate for a specified year shall mean a percentage obtained by dividing (i) the Company's total revenues for such specified year, as publicly reported by the Company minus the Company's total revenues for the year immediately preceding such specified year, as publicly reported by the Company, by (ii) the Company's total revenues for the year immediately preceding such specified year, as publicly reported by the Company. For example, the Revenue Growth Rate for 1999 would be equal to (i) the Company's total revenues for 1999 minus the Company's total revenues for 1998 divided by (ii) the Company's total revenues for 1998.
Revenue Growth Rate means the percentage increase in the Company’s Gross Revenue from the prior year to the year of grant, determined as (A-B) ÷ B, where A equals the Company’s Gross Revenue the year of grant and B equals $[•](the Company’s Gross Revenue for the prior year).
