Revenue Amount definition

Revenue Amount shall have the meaning specified in 15.3(a).
Revenue Amount means [redacted]the sum of (1) the gross revenue invoiced by LifeCell pursuant to the distribution rights under this Agreement to third parties for sale or rental of the Products in the Territory during the [redacted]immediately prior to the termination date, and (2) the gross revenue calculated under the corresponding provisions of each of the Other KCI Agreements, if any, that were terminated prior to this Agreement (i.e., the aggregate “Revenue Amounts” as computed under the Other KCI Agreements).
Revenue Amount means OraSure’s aggregate consolidated revenues, as reported in OraSure’s audited financial statements for the Performance Period and shall include any revenue resulting from any mergers or acquisitions during the Performance Period.

Revenue Amount means, with respect to the period beginning January 1, 2006 and ending on December 31, 2006, the revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries derived from their business as currently conducted or as currently proposed to be conducted following the Effective Time (other than (i) those revenues related to or derived from Contracts that would result in GAAP loss charges to Buyer, the Company or any Subsidiaries or (ii) those revenues related to or derived from Contracts with Bank of America Technology and Operations, Inc. or any of its affiliates that are either (a) Runoff Revenue or (b) not on commercially reasonable terms, including, but not limited to, those Contracts which were not entered into in full compliance with Buyer’s internal controls and policies).
Revenue Amount set forth in Section 1 of the Purchase Agreement is amended to read it its entirety as follows:
Revenue Amount means the gross revenue of Sellers, determined in accordance with GAAP, during the months of December 1997 and January 1998; provided, however, that if the gross revenue of Sellers during the month of February 1998 is less than 92% of the average monthly gross revenue of Sellers during the months of December 1997 and January 1998, then "Revenue Amount" shall mean the gross revenue of Sellers, determine in accordance with GAAP, during the months of January and February 1998.
