Reuters Page LIBOR 01 means the display page so designated on the Reuters service or equivalent information reporting service or any successor service (or such successor display page, other published source, information vendor or provider).

Reuters Page LIBOR 01 means the display currently designated as Reuters Page LIBOR 01, which includes London Interbank Offered Rates of four (4) major banks, which are members of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association as the information vendor for displaying the London Interbank Offered Rates of major banks in the London Interbank Market;
Reuters Page LIBOR 01 means the display page so designated on the Reuters service or equivalent information reporting service or any successor service (or such successor display page, other published source, information vendor or provider). The Calculation Agent will, as soon as practicable after 11:00 a.m., London time, on each Determination Date, determine the Applicable Rate, and calculate the aggregate amount of interest payable on the Notes in respect of the following Interest Period (the “Interest Amount”). The Interest Amount will be calculated by applying the Applicable Rate to the principal amount of the Notes outstanding at the commencement of the Interest Period, multiplying each such amount by the actual number of days in the Interest Period concerned divided by 360. All percentages resulting from any of the above calculations will be rounded, if necessary, to the nearest one hundred thousandth of a percentage point, with five one-millionths of a percentage point being rounded upwards. All U.S. dollar amounts used in or resulting from such calculations will be rounded to the nearest cent on the U.S. dollar (with one-half cents on the U.S. dollar being rounded upwards). The determination of the Applicable Rate and the Interest Amount by the Calculation Agent shall, in the absence of willful default, bad faith or manifest error, be binding on all parties. The Trustee will, upon the written request of the holder of any Note, provide the interest rate then in effect with respect to the Notes. Interest will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed. The Applicable Rate on the Notes will in no event be higher than the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

  • LIBOR Reuters is specified on the face hereof, the display on the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace that page on that service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency; or (2) if “LIBOR Moneyline Telerate” is specified on the face hereof or neither “LIBOR Reuters” nor “LIBOR Moneyline Telerate” is specified on the face hereof as the method for calculating LIBOR, the display on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency.

If such rate does not appear on such page (or such other page as may replace that page on that service, or if such service is no longer offered, LIBOR shall be so established by use of such other service for displaying LIBOR or comparable rates as may be selected by the Trustee after consultation with the Master Servicer), the rate will be the Reference Bank Rate. The "Reference Bank Rate" will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in U.S. Dollars are offered by the reference banks (which shall be any three major banks that are engaged in transactions in the London interbank market, selected by the Trustee after consultation with the Master Servicer) as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on the LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date to prime banks in the London interbank market for a period of one month in amounts approximately equal to the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the LIBOR Certificates then outstanding. The Trustee shall request the principal London office of each of the reference banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two such quotations are provided, the rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations rounded up to the next multiple of 1/16%. If on such date fewer than two quotations are provided as requested, the rate will be the arithmetic mean of the rates quoted by one or more major banks in New York City, selected by the Trustee after consultation with the Master Servicer, as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such date for loans in U.S. Dollars to leading European banks for a period of one month in amounts approximately equal to the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the LIBOR Certificates then outstanding. If no such quotations can be obtained, the rate will be LIBOR for the prior Distribution Date; provided however, if, under the priorities described above, LIBOR for a Distribution Date would be based on LIBOR for the previous Distribution Date for the third consecutive Distribution Date, the Trustee, after consultation with the Master Servicer, shall select an alternative comparable index (over which the Trustee has no control), used for determining one-month Eurodollar lending rates that is calculated and published (or otherwise made available) by an independent party. The establishment of LIBOR by the Trustee on any LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date and the Trustee's subsequent calculation of the Pass-Through Rates applicable to the LIBOR Certificates for the relevant Interest Accrual Period, in the absence of manifest error, will be final and binding. Promptly following each LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date the Trustee shall supply the Master Servicer with the results of its determination of LIBOR on such date. Furthermore, the Trustee shall supply to any Certificateholder so requesting by calling 1-800-934-6802, the Pass-Through Rate on the LIBOR Certificates for the current and the immediately preceding Interest Accrual Period.

  • Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc., or any successor service, on the page or pages specified on the face hereof, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

  • Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME1 Page means the display which appears on the display on Reuters (or any successor service) as page “USPRIME1” (or any other page as may replace such page), for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page means the display designated as page "USPRIME 1" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service, or any successor service, or any other page as may replace the USPRIME 1 Page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Reuters Screen CDOR Page means the display designated as page CDOR on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service or such other page as may, from time to time, replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying bid quotations for bankers’ acceptances accepted by leading Canadian banks.
