Acknowledgement means the document that highlights some of the terms of the Plan and contains the Participant’s acknowledgement and understanding of the terms of the Plan.
Returning Officer means a person appointed by the Club to conduct an election on behalf of the Club, and shall include the State Electoral Commissioner or his representative when said Commissioner conducts an election.
Enclosed means surrounded by a case that will prevent a person from accidentally contacting live parts.
Acknowledgement of Receipt means the procedure by which, on receipt of a Message, the logical presentation or form are checked, and a corresponding acknowledgement or rejection is sent by the receiver;
Riverine means relating to, formed by, or resembling a river (including tributaries), stream, brook, etc.
Window sign means a sign installed inside a window for the purpose of viewing from outside the premises. This term does not include merchandise located in a window.
Subscription Form means the subscription forms attached hereto.
Check means a cashier's check, teller's check, or certified check.
Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
Acceptance Form means the form provided by the School for parents to complete when accepting a place for their child at the School;
Functional Acknowledgement means an acknowledgement Message by the receiving party’s computer software application which automatically confirms the receipt of a Message at the moment of receipt;
Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.
Waiver and Release means the Waiver and Release attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Variation Form means the form set out in Call Off Schedule 12 (Variation Form);
Illuminated sign means a sign with an artificial light source incorporated internally or externally for the purpose of illuminating the sign.
Return means any return prescribed or otherwise required to be furnished by or under this Act or the rules made thereunder;
Electronic means relating to technology having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic, or similar capabilities.
duly sign means a Declaration Certificate for Local Content that has been signed by the Chief Financial Officer or other legally responsible person nominated in writing by the Chief Executive, or senior member / person with management responsibility(close corporation, partnership or individual).
Instruction Letter means a letter agreement between Seller and each Subservicer substantially in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto, in which such Persons acknowledge Buyer’s ownership interest in the Purchased Loans, and agree to remit any collections with respect to the Purchased Loans as Buyer may so direct from time to time, which Instruction Letter may be delivered by Buyer to such Subservicer in its sole discretion.
Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.
retaining wall means a wall designed to contain and support fill which has a finished grade higher than that of adjacent lands;
Appendix to Tender means the appendix comprised in the form of Tender annexed to these Conditions.
Acknowledgment means a declaration by an individual before a notarial officer that the individual has signed a record for the purpose stated in the record and, if the record is signed in a representative capacity, that the individual signed the record with proper authority and signed it as the act of the individual or entity identified in the record.
Sign means, with present intent to authenticate or adopt a record:
Fascia Sign means a sign attached to, marked or inscribed on, erected or placed against a wall forming part of a building, or supported by or through a wall of a building and having the exposed face thereof on a plane approximately parallel to the plane of such wall and includes a painted wall sign and an awning sign. A fascia sign shall not include any other sign defined in this by-law unless otherwise stated;
electronic money means electronic money as defined in point (2) of Article 2 of Directive 2009/110/EC, but excluding monetary value as referred to in Article 1(4) and (5) of that Directive;" ;
