Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be issued after 30-days from the invoice of the “GTO” order.
Any Returned Merchandise which is not included in Merchandise shall be disposed of by Agent in accordance with instructions received from Merchant or, in the absence of such instructions, returned to Merchant at the end of the Sale Term.
