If a payment received by Servicer is returned or rejected for any reason, all parties are liable jointly and separately for immediately reimbursing Servicer for all funds paid out and all costs incurred and fees assessed in the recovery of these funds including but not limited to Servicer’s Returned Item Fee plus 1.50% of the disbursement made to Payee per month from the date of payment to Payee until recovered.
If Purchaser is unable to withdraw amounts from a Bank Account for any reason, Customer agrees to pay Purchaser a $35 Returned Item Fee for each such occurrence as set forth in the Agreement in addition to all other remedies available to Purchaser.

Customer authorizes Purchaser to initiate a separate debit to the Bank Account for the Returned Item Fee or to add this fee to a debit for a subsequent Daily Amount or Adjusted Daily Amount.
CUSTOMER agrees that the Returned Item Fee may be debited from CUSTOMER’s account or Settlement funds.
For any payment of services or charges provided herein, CUSTOMER agrees to pay PROCESSOR a Returned Item Fee of $25 or the maximum allowed by state law for such payment that is not paid by CUSTOMER’s bank upon presentment.
You will be charged a Returned Item Fee each time we return unpaid for a non- sufficient available balance an item that is presented for payment, even if that item has previously been presented and returned for a non-sufficient available balance and you were previously charged a Returned Item Fee for that return.
