Return Upon Request definition

Return Upon Request. At the request of the disclosing Party made at any time, the receiving Party shall promptly either return the disclosing Party’s Proprietary Information (including any copies, extracts and summaries) or destroy such information and provide the disclosing Party with written certification of same.

  • Acceleration Request means a request pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4A, to accelerate or reschedule a transmission outage scheduled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.2 or Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.2 or Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4.

  • Conversion Request means (a) the irrevocable request to be given by a Securityholder to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to convert the Securities into shares of Common Stock and (b) the irrevocable request to be given by a holder of Preferred Securities to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to exchange such stock on behalf of such holder.

  • Redemption Request has the meaning as set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer, in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, to enter into a Transaction.

  • Corporation Request or "Corporation Order" shall mean a written request or order signed in the name of the Corporation by an Officer and delivered to the Debenture Trustee.
