Return on Average Assets Ratio definition

Return on Average Assets Ratio means, for the most recently completed four fiscal quarters of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, the ratio (expressed as a percentage rounded to two decimal places) of (a) Consolidated Net Income for such four fiscal quarters, to (b) Average Assets for such four fiscal quarters.
Return on Average Assets Ratio. As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, with respect to any Person, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (a) the aggregate Net Income of such Person with respect to the four fiscal quarters ending on such date to (b) the Average Assets on such date.
Return on Average Assets Ratio means, for any entity, the ratio obtained by dividing the net income of such entity for the prior Fiscal Year, as determined according to GAAP, by the average total assets of such entity, as determined according to GAAP.

  • Return on Invested Capital for a period shall mean earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization divided by the difference of total assets less non-interest bearing current liabilities.
