Retirement Plans Investment Committee definition

Retirement Plans Investment Committee means the committee that will make and effect investment decisions, as provided in Article IX. To the extent that a Retirement Plans Investment Committee is not appointed, any other person or committee appointed by the Compensation Committee may act in lieu thereof. 8SGR/21747416.1
