Retired eligible employee definition

Retired eligible employee means a previously active eligible employee, who meets retiree eligibility as defined in OAR 101-050-0005. A retired eligible employee can enroll in PEBB retiree benefit plans as established in Division 50 of this chapter, and must self-pay the premiums.
Retired eligible employee means an employee retired on reaching the age of superannuation and includes the employee, who has been discharged under the Voluntary Retirement Scheme notified by the Management from time to time, released under pre-mature retirement scheme, the spouse/children of the employees who die while in service or to an employee who leaves the service of the Company due to permanent physical disability suffered while discharging official duties.
