Retention Price definition

Retention Price means the nominal price that the Lessee should pay to the Lessor for acquiring the ownership of the Lease Items at the expiration of the Lease Term.
Retention Price in rel/trJ' to a bulk drug means the price fixed under paras. 4 and 71[which shaH be the maximum retention price] for individual manufacturers, or importers, or distributors, of such bulk drugs;
