Retention Premium Amount definition
Retention Premium Amount means a sum corresponding to the costs of the retention premiums paid or payable to employees of the AEMS Group in connection with the Transaction, up to a maximum amount of EUR 1.35 million, as notified by NYSE Euronext to Atos Origin at least six (6) Business Days prior to the Closing Date.
