Retention points definition

Retention points means the number of points a classified employee has earned. Retention points are derived from experience as described in performance evaluations and classified credited state service. Points are assigned as following:

Examples of Retention points in a sentence

  • A fraction of a month of service shall be used to break "ties." Retention points shall be computed up to the day on which the work or funds terminate.

  • Retention points and performance evaluations shall not be considered or utilized in determining the order of layoff.

  • Retention points shall be computed on the basis of one (1) point for each full month of employment in the applicable jurisdiction, including service in another jurisdiction prior to any transfer of the Employee's position to the applicable jurisdiction through legislative action.

  • Demarcation Point The Demarcation Point shall have the meaning set forth in 47 Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM): Equipment that links End User xDSL connections to a single packet switch, typically ATM or IP. Direct Trunked Transport (DTT): A DS1 or DS3 interoffice facility that connects the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center of the CLEC’s Local Interconnection Entrance Facility or Collocation to the terminating CenturyLink Tandem or End Office used exclusively for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Network Termination Point means the physical point at which a Subscriber is provided with access to a Public Electronic Communications Network and, where it concerns Electronic Communications Networks involving switching or routing, that physical point is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to the Telephone Number or name of a Subscriber. A Network Termination Point provided at a fixed position on Served Premises shall be within an item of Network Termination and Testing Apparatus;

  • Valuation Point means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the official close of trading on the Market on which the Securities constituting the Index are listed on each Dealing Day or if more than one, the official close of trading on the last relevant Market to close or such other time or times as determined by the Manager in consultation with the Trustee from time to time provided that there shall always be a Valuation Point on each Dealing Day other than where there is a suspension of the creation and redemption of Units.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
