Retention Fee definition

Retention Fee means the amount referred to in clause 3.3 of this Occupation Right Agreement.
Retention Fee means the fee to be paid in respect of the retention of any name in the Isle of Man Register during any year subsequent to the year in which the name was entered in the Register;
Retention Fee means cash payments for Independent Directors (as such term is defined in the American Stock Exchange Company Guide) after three consecutive years of service on the Board.

  • Transaction Fee means the fee, in respect of a Sub-Fund, which may be charged for the benefit of the Trustee, the Registrar and/or the Service Agent or the Conversion Agent (as the case may be) to each Participating Dealer on each Dealing Day upon which an Application has been or Applications have been made by the relevant Participating Dealer.
