Retained Organisation definition

Retained Organisation means the organisation, service and resources retained by the Customer following the replacement of the Transition and Transformation Services. Required Service Level means, in respect of any Service Level, the required level of performance which the Service Provider shall meet or exceed in its performance of the relevant Services;
