Retailer Fees definition

Retailer Fees means an amount calculated on a transaction by transaction basis [*]. Retailer Fees shall be calculated for each transaction as of the time of such transaction.
Retailer Fees means the amounts deductible from the proceeds of an Order, as further set out in Appendix 2 including the Commission, and any other applicable taxes, charges or levies specified in this Agreement or as otherwise notified by Fruugo to the Retailer from time to time;

  • Chargebacks means all credits, chargebacks, reimbursements, administrative fees and other financial obligations to wholesalers and other distributors, group purchasing organizations, insurers, Governmental Entity and other institutions related to the Product.

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Selling Retailer The entity selling the Covered Product and this Agreement.
